Regular support via standing order.
Regular monthly giving can make a massive difference to our work. It allows us to employ staff, keep up to date with training, and enhance our provision and witness. It gives us the firm foundation to make big plans for the future. If you would like to support us in this way please download a standing order form from the link above. You can activate this from your own bank or send it to us and we can arrange it for you. Please don’t forget that if you are a tax payer we can claim the tax back on your donation (this is worth almost another 30p per £1 donated) please fill in a gift aid declaration and send with your gift. The gift aid form is available from the link above.
Support via one off gifts.
Support in this way is a tremendous blessing and will be put towards one of our projects. You can do this through secure online donations on Paypal via the 'donate' link on the left hand side of the page or you can send us a cheque or you can use the details on our Standing Order form to donate through your online banking service. If you are a UK tax payer please download a Gift Aid Form, sign it and send it with your gift.
Specific project funding.
- Adventure Academy is totally funded by Active Hope, there is no cost to the children taking part. Each year we aim to raise £7,000 to enable this fantastic work to happen.
- You can sponsor a child - £15 pounds a month would finance one child to take part in Adventure Academy, 3 days based in Warrington and 3 days away on residential in Wales - these really are life changing experiences.
Other specific needs.
- We have expanded our staff team. We now have two full time Instructors and a part time Office Manager. This is big step of faith for all involved - any support towards expanding our team is gratefully received.
- We also have an additional Instructor who fund raises to support himself. Currently he is funded for 3 days a week. We would love to make this full-time.
- Over the coming year we are hoping to resource ourselves with a new kayak trailer, specialised children's climbing harnesses, and a mini-bus!
Active Hope has big plans to be able to offer Archery, mountain biking, canoeing, mountain expeditions and more in the future. This is all dependent on the generosity of support as to how soon these activities can become part of what we offer. |
