how to add our email to your safe sender list
If you find our emails landing in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder, please use these quick steps to make sure you never miss an update. By adding us to your contacts or safe sender list, you tell your email provider that our messages are welcome!
1. For Gmail Users (Desktop and Mobile)
The easiest way to whitelist in Gmail is to move the email to your Primary Inbox and/or add us to your contacts.
If the email is in your Promotions/Spam Tab:
-
Go to your Promotions (or Spam) tab.
-
Drag and drop our email from the Promotions/Spam tab into the Primary tab.
-
When prompted with a confirmation message, click "Yes" to confirm you want future messages from us delivered to your Primary folder.
Add to Contacts:
-
Open our email.
-
Hover your mouse over our sender name (or email address). A contact card will appear.
-
Click the "Add to Contacts" icon (it looks like a person with a + sign) to automatically add us to your address book.
2. For Outlook Users (Outlook.com / Desktop App)
Outlook uses a Safe Senders list to ensure important mail gets through.
Desktop App (Outlook 2013, 2016, 2019):
-
Right-click on our email message (even if it's in your Inbox).
-
Hover over "Junk" or "Junk Email."
-
Select "Never Block Sender" or "Never Block Sender's Domain."
Outlook.com (Web Browser):
-
Open your Junk Email folder.
-
Right-click on our email.
-
Select "Mark as not junk."
-
Optionally, click the Settings icon (gear) > View all Outlook settings > Junk email > Safe senders and domains > Click "+ Add" and enter our email address.
3. For Apple Mail Users (iPhone/iPad/Mac)
Adding us to your Contacts is the primary way to whitelist a sender in Apple Mail.
On iPhone/iPad (iOS):
-
Open our email.
-
Tap the sender's email address (the 'From' address at the top).
-
Select "Create New Contact" or "Add to Existing Contact."
-
Confirm to save our address.
On Mac (Desktop):
-
Open our email.
-
Click the sender's email address and select "Add to Contacts."
