Creating school holiday adventures
Adventure Academy works with local primary schools to offer outdoor experiences to children who would benefit most. Schools refer children to the programme, and there is no cost to their families.
Removing barriers
We provide transport from home, breakfast and lunch, and clothing such as waterproofs and warm layers so children can take part.
What happens?
Activities may include archery, mountain biking, indoor climbing, den building and forest games. Our volunteers help make these adventures possible.
We also fundraise towards a residential adventure in Wales, giving children the opportunity to spend time away together and try more activities.
Help make it possible
Your support helps us provide the transport, food, equipment and activities that make Adventure Academy accessible to children and families.
